The autonomous operation of feeding pusher robots is highly stable, thanks to the use of ultrasonic navigation. Unaffected by dust, mist,or other environmental factors, the robots employ a gyroscope for flexible, trackless navigation, allowing them to turn and change direction at any point.
Navigation Method (Ultrasonic Detection of Neck Clamp Distance+Gyroscope): No ground modifications are required, and the equipment can be relocated and used at any time, becoming operational the sameday it is installed.
Inteligence Level (loT+A): The system allows real-time remote monitoring of its working status, with automatic fault detection and uploads, ensuring feeding is not delayed by unnoticed malfunctions. It also offers multifunctional expansion capabilities.
1. Automatic scheduled operation, with remote settings for working times, feed pushing width, and length accessible via mobile or computer.
2. The feed pushing length and width are fully adjustable. Different routes, lengths, and widths can be set for different times, with no need for track assistance when turning or making U-turns.
3. Automatic fault detection and alarm system.
4. Automatic charging with built-in battery monitoring and maintenance. A fully charged battery can power the machine for an entire day, with an average lifespan of 3 years.
5. Network disconnection does not affect the stable operation.
6. The machine is designed for a lifespan of over 15 years.
1. Substantially Increase Feeding Frequency
The feeding pusher robot can operate more than 30 times a day, ensuring that cows have continuous access to fresh feed, allowing them to eat whenever they want throughout the day.
2. Shorten Feeding Time,Lower Energy Consumption, Increase Rumination Time, and Improve Nutrient Absorption Efficiency.
3. No Stress and Low Energy Consumption
The feeding process is quiet and free from disturbances, reducing the noise and exhaust pollution caused by manual feed pushing with vehicles. The robot consumes only about 2 kWh of electricity daily, offering a clearadvantage over fuel-powered machines.
4. Stable and Safe
The robot features self-diagnostic and fault alert systems that notify users in advance for maintenance. Its stability is significantly better than that of fuel-powered machines, and it operates at lower speeds, making it much safer.
