Transportation method:
Low viscosity liquids can be pumped or self flowing
High viscosity value, using gear pump or cam pump for liquid
The paste adopts gear pump or cam pump
The powder is transported by spiral conveyor
Conveying measurement accuracy:
Liquid single delivery quantity of 50 grams to 10 kilograms, with an accuracy of 5 grams

Measurement and add meterials method:
Use C6 high-precision electronic scale to weigh materials, and use addition to accumulate and measure materials. The add accuracy is high and less affected by external interference factors.
Intelligent control:
On the touch screen of the control system, input the frequently used formula. When in use, retrieve the corresponding formula, press the confirm button, and the system will start with one click. Manually place the material bucket on the conveyor line, and the system will start. The conveyor will drive the material bucket and enter the add station. The material bucket will trigger the add valve, open the valve, and the liquid will automatically flow into the material bucket. The system can automatically add materials to the material bucket in sequence, with fast speed, consistent batch feeding quantity, and measuring accuracy of one in three thousand.
